After we receive the phone back from your event, we will process the recordings and you will receive them via email within 24 hours.
Can I personalise my greeting message?
Yes you can and we recommend it!

When will I receive my phone?
You will receive your phone between 3-5 days before your event.
How do I return the phone?
Inside the phone’s packaging, you will find a return slip. After your event, just place the phone and the slip in a parcel and drop it off at any Australia Post to be sent back to us.
Is the phone portable?
The phone requires connection to a power source for operation; however, it can also be powered by a portable power bank, making it ideal for outdoor events or locations lacking power outlets. You have the option to include power banks in your order.
Do you provide instructions for the guests?
Yes, we supply a personalized sign containing instructions, ensuring that your guests can effortlessly learn how to operate the phone.
